How it works
We use your brand's pack shape (21 with a 7-day break, 21 plus 7 iron or inactive, 24 plus 4, or continuous progestin-only) to lay out each pack. Bleeds usually begin 2 to 3 days after the last hormone pill.[src] The NHS describes taking combined pills with fewer breaks as an option; only change how you take your pill after talking to your doctor.
