How we work
How we make money
Last updated October 29, 2026
The site is free to read and our tools are free to use. Here is how it pays for itself, and the lines we do not cross.
Referral and partner fees
Some links on this site go to teleconsult platforms and clinics. When you book through them, the provider may pay us a referral or partner fee. It does not change what you pay. The providers we currently link to are:
- Hati: Marketplace of clinics plus online pharmacy (MedsGo). Book a doctor, IUD or implant. Delivery listed for Metro Manila.
- Kindred: Women's clinic in BGC with nationwide OB-GYN teleconsult.
- Eluvo Health: Women's clinics and teleconsult. Implant, copper IUD and DMPA.
- NowServing: Book an OB-GYN teleconsult. Fees vary by doctor.
- Pulse Clinic Manila: Sexual health clinic in Makati. Emergency contraception consults.
- Likhaan Center for Women's Health: NGO clinics with free IUD, implant and pills.
Not every provider we list pays us. Some, like NGO clinics offering free services, are listed because they help, not because of any deal.
Every partner link goes through /go/
Partner links on this site point to an address like /go/hati before sending you on to the partner. That lets us count clicks per partner. We count only which partner was clicked: never your answers, your health details or who you are. See our privacy policy.
Pharmacies
Our price tables link to licensed pharmacies so you can compare prices and order with your prescription. Every pharmacy link is labelled "Prescription required". Price tables are sorted by price, cheapest first, whether or not a pharmacy has any deal with us.
What we never do
- We do not sell pills or any other medicine.
- No one can pay to change a price, a ranking, a review or what we say about a method or brand. Prices come from public retailer pages and are rechecked monthly (last checked October 2026). See the editorial policy.
- No ads in our tools. The pill tracker, missed pill helper, quiz and calculators have no advertising, and your answers stay on your phone.
- No paid placement in medical content. Whether a pill or method suits you is between you and your doctor, not a sponsor.
- No links to marketplace or social media medicine sellers, ever.
Our own telehealth service (planned)
The owner of this site plans to launch a telehealth service later: an online consult with a licensed Philippine doctor, and pills delivered by a licensed pharmacy. When it launches, it will be clearly labelled as our own service wherever it appears, so you always know when we are recommending ourselves. It will appear alongside free options like your barangay health center, and our content and prices will follow the same rules as today.
