Pills cost from ₱53.25 (Lady) to ₱1,437.50 (Qlaira) a pack at the pharmacies we checked in October 2026. Same-formula brands can save a lot: Cybelle instead of Diane-35 saves about ₱170.75 a pack, Ermina instead of Yaz about ₱169. All of them need a prescription, and pills are free at health centers, subject to supply.
